Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team. This position is ideal for candidates with machine operation experience who enjoy working in a precision-focused environment. CNC experience is a plus but not required. Success in this role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision measuring instruments and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment according to work instructions and quality standards
• Perform inspections using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and manual CMM equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
• Monitor product quality and identify defects or non-conforming materials
• Work closely with Inside Sales and Engineering teams to support production schedules and customer requirements
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining productivity and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation experience required
• CNC experience is a plus
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small, detailed components
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and related inspection equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic understanding of shop math and manufacturing measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
• Previous manufacturing or production experience required
